Ingredients
1 pound broccoli florets (fresh or defrosted frozen)

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded
8 ounces water chestnuts, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
21 ounces cream soup (two 10.5 ounce cans)
0.5 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup croutons for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
