Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped green beans
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic, onion powder, and garlic powder until fragrant
Add ground beef, cook until browned
Stir in rice, carrots, green beans, and bell peppers until well combined
Mix in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk
Season with black pepper
Transfer to a 9×13-inch baking dish
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
