Description

A comforting casserole with tender chicken, savory creamy sauce, and crispy stuffing. Quick and perfect for weeknights, combining stovetop stuffing, frozen vegetables, and a blend of condensed soups for rich flavor.


Ingredients

2 (14 oz) cups cubed cooked chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, celery, green beans)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tablespoon chicken broth
1 (1 lb) package quick rice stuffing mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh herbs (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Combine chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, mayonnaise, and frozen vegetables in a bowl
Stir in chicken broth
In a separate bowl, mix stuffing, egg, and butter until crumbly
Sprinkle mixture over chicken and vegetable layer
Top with Parmesan cheese if using
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden
